Shipping
All delivery dates are estimates provided by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, or USPS depending on the selection chosen.)
UPS delivers packages Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
USPS & FedEx deliver Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays.
We offer free standard shipping to all 50 states and US territories on orders $75 and above!
Shipments to P.O. Boxes APO/FPO/DPO addresses must select USPS shipping. These shipments can ONLY be delivered by USPS and will be automatically changed to a USPS carrier method if there is a conflict in the shipping selection.
Final shipping costs will be stated before the completion of checkout.
Once your package has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided at the time you placed the order. Please allow 2-3 business day for the shipping carrier to update the tracking information.
Please Note* Clothing items are printed on demand and requires lead time on production prior to shipping.
Please Note* Supplements and supplement labels are printed and bottled at time of order. Please allow production lead time.
Return Policy
Clothing and Apparel: Clothing and apparel are printed on demand. Returns will only be accepted for design issues or damage. If your order is damaged please email us at Help@onwardtide.com and we can provide a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Supplements: If you are unhappy with your supplement order within 30 days of the time your order is received we will provide a full refund for your order. To begin your refund please write us at Help@onwardtide.com
